The Beauty of Training Outdoors

Here are some of the places I've packed, filled and carried my PKB for miles at a time...  

From Farmer Carries to Burpees, Lunges, Swings, Thrusters, Shoulder Press, Goblet Squats and more.   I've filled it with sand, dirt, rocks and combinations thereof.

Part of the fun of hitting the road is not knowing who you might meet along the way.  

The other part is just being there.  Wherever you are.
